Shipping policy

Please refer to each individual listing for estimated shipping times.  As many items are made to order - we ask that you please allow 1-6 weeks for these pieces to be handmade. Once your purchase is on its way you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. All items are sent tracked. If you need an item made to a specific time schedule we can do this for you but you must state and email to let us know prior to purchase, we will try to accommodate all time frames. Once shipped the product and shipping is down to the customer to collect and receive.

International duties will be paid by the customer. It is up to the customer to know what taxes and duties are required for payment in their country. We do not cover this.
